Kind of.
So growing up, Survivor was my family's favorite show.
We would have family night every Thursday,
then it changed to Wednesday.
If you're a fan, you know,
and we were friendly with some of the family of Sir Probst
and I got to ask a question at the season finale
to the contestant Ozzy,
who I was in love with at the time.
So technically yes, I was on Survivor
and it's a really funny haircut I had.

I was at the People's Choice Awards in 2020
or 2021, I don't remember.
It was my first time doing a glambot
and I like, you know, spun around and made a silly face
and like gave a thumbs up and gave like a half smirk.
But for some reason I looked totally toothless
and like so ugly.
I would make fun of me too.
I actually constantly do make fun of me
when I do some stupid stuff like that.

That's true.
I was in the Dark Knight Rises.
I was 11 I think when I was in that movie, 10 or 11.
The Chris Nolan Batman universe was just so cool.
Like, I can't believe I still get to say that that's true.
First time I shaved my head
and then I fell in love with it and kept doing it.

Probably my sisters.
They're both my best friends.

First of all, I'm the youngest sister.
I'm the youngest of three.
My oldest sister is very, Kelly,
she's very much like older sister vibe.
She's like likes to take care of all of us.
She's a little bit more type A.
My middle sister Hunter, she's very like funny
and also very sensitive and has a huge heart.
And then there's me.
I think I'm thoughtful.
I like to buy people presents.
I like to wrap presents.
Who is Joey King to Selena Gomez?
Joey King to Selena Gomez was the Ramona counterpart
in the movie Ramona and Beezus.
That was my first leading role when I was a youngster.
I was nine when I made that movie with Selena.
That was the job I really fell in love with what I do.
Who designed Joey King's wedding dress?
Oscar de la Renta.
Prettiest thing I've ever put on my body.
Like the biggest thing I've ever put on my body.
It's sitting in like a closet in the house
and it's like bursting at the seams,
like just trying to get out of the closet, it's so large.
I don't know how you preserve those.
Like do you get it like shadow boxed, like vacuum sealed?
I don't know, I don't want it to yellow.
Any tips on how to preserve my wedding dress?
It's kind of just sitting in a closet right now
and I know that's not how you are supposed to save it.
Who attended Joey King's wedding?
I don't know, 115 people.

My family did, my friends came,
his friends from Chicago,
my husband's from Chicago.
It was a destination wedding.
It was in Majorca and if you're not from New York,
it took at least two planes to get there.
So a lot of people who love us came
and we were really appreciative of that
and it was the best weekend of my life.

I mean, don't we all have some kind of accent?
I'm American, I'm from California.
I grew up with a grandmother and a mom who are from Philly.
I hate the sound of my own voice.

I have an accent probably, an American accent.
Why is Joey King in Romania?
I was in Romania filming my television series,
my mini series called We Were The Lucky Ones.
I loved it there because I loved making that show
and I also adopted my dog there, so that's really cool.

When did Joey King meet her husband?
I met my husband while working
on a television show called The Act.
He was directing and I was acting
and I was so smitten with him
and I convinced him to go on a date with me
and the rest is history.
And yeah, so I asked him out,
which was really brave of me.
Can't believe I did that, but I'm glad I did.
It worked out.
So that's how I met my husband.

When did Joey King meet Taylor Swift?
I met Taylor Swift for the first time
when I was, I think 11 years old.
I was in the Mean music video with her.
She's BFFs with Selena, which we know.
She was like, oh my God, she should be in my music video.
And I was like literally so excited.
My God, one of the coolest moments for me.
How old was Joey King in Ramona and Beezus?
I was nine years old.
I was eight when I auditioned for it
and they thought I was too young
to play Ramona so I didn't get it.
And then it took them so long to like keep looking
for other Ramona's while they were casting it
that they actually called me back again like a year later.
They were like, we know you're a little older now.
Maybe you wanna come and audition again.
And I was really excited and then I got it
and that changed my life.
The cool part about starting so young
was that it was like kind of just fun for me.
Like I didn't quite understand the responsibility of it
and I just fell in love with the feeling of it,
of like letting loose.
I loved pretending as a kid and I still love pretending.
Are Joey King and Hunter King sisters?
Bingo, correct.
We are sisters happily.
We've been sisters happily for the past 25 years.
Thank goodness, she's the best.

That was like, I was being polite.
Although I did instigate it a little bit,
but he had it there.
I'm always afraid that's like I did something wrong
or like I did something embarrassing.
But no, I kind of slayed with that outfit.
I was wearing a full Balenciaga look
that just, mmm, I love that dress so much.
I was so curious how they make it look like that
and they like, it's like silk
and they dip it or spray it in this wax material
to preserve the shape of it after draping it.
I just, it's so cool.
Is Joey King a dancer?
Not professionally, but I can throw down.
Joey King, Life cereal.
This was my first job ever in the industry.
I did a Life cereal commercial.
I was four and it was so cute.
I looked like a little cherub at the time.
What happened?
And then I remember I spilled the milk and I cried
'cause I thought I did something wrong
and my mom was like, no, like chill.
Like you're cute, everyone loved it.
And I was like, what do you mean?
I was so emotional.
That kind of kick started everything.

and Life cereal is in my top three favorite cereals today.
But the cinnamon Life cereal specifically.
