Can you use a CosmoProf card at Sally's? ›

Your Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card can be used in Cosmo Prof stores, at CosmoProfBeauty.com and in the Cosmo Prof app as well as at Sally Beauty stores, sallybeauty.com, and the Sally Beauty app.

For any inquiries or assistance, you can reach Cosmo Prof's customer care by phone at 888-206-1192from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time, Monday - Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. central time. Alternatively, you can contact us through our website's contact form or online chat.

You agree to use your Account in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to pay us for all amounts due on your Account, including charges made by Authorized Users. You agree not to use your Account for illegal transactions. You may use your Account to make purchases anywhere the Card is accepted.

If you are an existing customer, enter your account number found on your statement or Cosmo Prof® membership number.

Does CosmoProf ask for ID? ›

At Cosmo Prof ^®, we champion the value-seeking beauty professional with a passion for artistry. Both professionals and students are welcome to shop in-store or online with their license IDs.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover (US only), and American Express. At this time we do not accept PIN based debit cards. Account holders who have established credit terms with CosmoProf® have the option to checkout On Account.

You can find the account number anywhere you can find your card number. Besides your physical card, you can usually find your card number on billing statements and in your profile online or in your bank's mobile app. Your credit card account number by itself usually isn't available for you to view.

Can I shop at Cosmo Prof without a license? No, you need to be a licensed beauty provider to shop at Cosmo Professional.

How do I get a Sallys Card? You don't need a card to shop with Sally Beauty, it is open to everyone. Our trade part of the business is called Salon Services, which you need a trade card to access our trade prices and a wider range of products.
